The Bible vs JW.ORG – What Did Jesus Say About The Trinity?

The vast majority of Christian churches teach variations of the Trinity doctrine and they teach that God is one. Many state in their church creed or statement of beliefs that God is, “Father, Son and Holy Spirit, a unity of three co-eternal Persons”. Most Christians believe that Jesus has no origin and some will identify Jesus as, “God the Son”. On the other hand, Jehovah’s Witnesses teach that God is one and He has a, “created son”. They teach that after Jesus was created by God, all “other” things were created through Jesus. Jehovah’s Witnesses teach that the holy spirit is, “God’s active force”. Jehovah’s Witnesses once taught that Jesus has a Divine nature and should be worshiped. However, since the 1950’s Jehovah’s Witnesses reject any notion that Jesus may have a Divine nature and they also adamantly teach that Jesus should not be worshiped. What Does the Bible say? This is part 1 of a Bible series I did in my local community in September of 2024. In this lecture I do my best to determine what the Bible says as to the Father and His Son. In this video I also address the nature of Jesus according to the Bible. I will follow this video with Part 2 in this series – a lecture entitled, “What Did Jesus Say About The Holy Spirit?”
